Terms of service

Who we are

TIBA Select, Pater Damiaanstraat, 6369 SV Simpelveld, The Netherlands. tibaselect@outlook.com.

What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website. The contract for an order is set out in our Terms of sale, our Refund & replacement policy, and the written quote we issue you. Where they conflict, the written quote governs that order.

Business customers

We supply businesses. Our products are made for companies to use, give, promote with or resell as gifts. Nothing on this site is an offer directed at consumers, and consumer distance-selling rights do not apply to an order placed by a company. Separate from that, goods made to a customer's specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal in any case.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are indicative. Binding prices are issued per project in a written quote and are valid for the period stated on that quote. Freight is included in every quote as a single landed price — what you are quoted is what you pay.

Your artwork

You confirm that you hold the rights to any logo, mark, typeface or artwork you send us, and you grant us the right to use it only to produce your order. We do not use your branding in our own marketing or case studies without your written permission.

Intellectual property

The content, photography and text on this site are ours. You may use it for your own reference, but not reproduce it commercially.

Accuracy

We take care over specifications, dimensions and finishes. Production tolerances exist in every manufacturing process, however. Where a tolerance matters to you, tell us before production begins and we will confirm it in writing on your quote.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law. Our liability for an order is otherwise limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a missed event date, where the delay was caused by a third party outside our reasonable control — we will tell you about that risk before you commit to the order.

Governing law

These terms and any order are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when your quote was issued.
