Why is this cheaper than our local supplier?
A local customiser buys from the same kind of factory and adds their margin, their storage and their re-shipping. We quote the production source directly and consolidate freight across your product lines.
Can we order below the MOQ?
Minimum order differs per product, because setup costs differ — we give you the number for your category in the first reply, not after you chase us. Below it we can usually quote stock models with a printed label instead of a custom cover; we'll tell you the honest trade-off rather than just saying no.
What if our event date is tight?
Tell us the in-hand date first, not the order date. We'll say whether air freight closes the gap and what it costs, before you commit to anything.
Who is responsible if something arrives damaged?
We are, up to the delivery terms on your quote. Report it with photos as soon as it lands and we replace or credit; the remedy window is stated on your quote.
