Case studies

Corporate gifting, told through the constraint that decided it.

Every project has one constraint that decides everything else — a date, a budget per head, or a recipient count that keeps changing.

Client stories, told with permission

We publish a project only when the client agrees and we can stand behind the numbers. Until then, here's what we can do — by category.

What we're set up to produce

Onboarding

Example scenario · Client gift boxes

Onboarding, when hires start every two weeks

A single bulk delivery is wrong by the second wave. The workable version is one kit spec, produced in batches, shipped against a rolling start-date list, each box labelled with the new hire name.

Example scenario, not a client project.

Awards

Example scenario · Awards & trophies

Awards, when the winner list is not final

Names arrive late and misspelt names cannot be fixed with an apology. The workable version is producing the bodies early and holding the name plates, so only the engraving runs on the late list.

Example scenario, not a client project.

Gift boxes

Example scenario · Print & packaging

Gift boxes, when the budget per box is fixed

The contents get negotiated first and the box pays for the difference. A folding box instead of a rigid one is usually what buys the second item inside it.

Example scenario, not a client project.
