FAQ

Thirteen questions we get before every order.

Short answers, with the numbers we can commit to. If your question isn't here, ask it and we'll answer it in one email — and add it to this page.

Answers

MOQ, samples, lead times

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product, because setup costs differ. We give you the MOQ for your category in the first reply. Below that number the setup fee per unit makes the price look silly, so we would rather tell you than quote it.

How much does a sample cost, and how long does it take?

The sample fee is quoted per product plus freight, and depends on the material. It is credited against your order once the order passes our credit threshold. If your material has to be made first, allow longer — the date is on your quote.

Which logo methods can you do?

Deboss and foil stamp on covers and boxes. Screen print and UV print on flat and curved surfaces. Laser engraving on wood, metal, glass and crystal, and embroidery on caps and apparel. For multi-colour artwork we use full-colour digital print.

Can you print a different name on each item?

Yes. Individual names, titles or recipient codes are standard on awards, notebooks and gift-set labels. The per-unit upcharge is on your quote. We proof the name list as a spreadsheet before anything is printed or engraved.

What are your lead times?

Production runs a few weeks after sample approval, plus freight by air or by sea. Samples and proofs add time on top. Your quote carries the dates that apply to your order.

Who pays duties and VAT?

Agreed on the quote, before dispatch. On DDP terms we handle duty and clearance, and you receive a single invoice. On DAP terms you clear the goods and pay duty and import VAT on arrival. We write which one applies on your quote — never assume it.
